September 11, 2011 the Higher School of Economics opened its doors for those interested in studying at the BSc programmes. ICEF presented its double degree programme, implemented jointly with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

On July 4, 2011 ICEF completed an agreement with the University of Essex business school (one of the five leading business schools in the UK for research in the field of finance) on an exchange programme.
