Distinguished lecture "The Right Amount of Trust" by professor Luigi Guiso took place on Monday, April 5, 2010.

Professor Gusio is known for his research in the fields of finance, household behaviour and social capital. He published over 50 research articles in all leading economics and finance journals, and recieved several prestigious research awards, including the World Financial Association award, the Fondation Bank of France award, and the Marshall lecture of the European Economic Association. At various times he held research positions at the university of Chicago, the Imperial College and the London School of Economics, and served as a consultant of the Bank of Italy, the European Commission, the European Investment and the European Central Bank. 

The lecture was chaired by Alexis Belianin (ICEF and Laboratory of Experimental and Behavioral economics, Higher School of Economics)
