Danil Fedorovykh, Teacher of the Economic Thinking course within the Advanced Training programme tailored for the top students of ICEF, shares his experience of teaching first-year students and tells us about goals of the ICEF Academia programme.

Maria Verbetskaya, a 2018 ICEF Bachelor’s programme graduate, placed 2^nd in HSE University’s Student Research Paper Competition (NIRS) and is now studying on the Master’s programme at the Rotterdam School of Management. In her interview Maria explains what she learnt from her participation in NIRS, how ICEF made her stronger and her love for management.

Olesya Kondrakhina, ICEF Principles of Accounting lecturer, Assistant Lecturer for the Management Accounting programme at the University of London and three-time winner of the Best Teacher award at ICEF, spoke on how to keep a lecture hall full of students interested in accounting, the latest technical tools in her arsenal and a childhood dream.

Mikhail Pakhomov Graduated in 2005 from ICEF in Moscow. Worked as an analyst for Colliers International, did strategic consulting with AT Kearney, helped develop projects and products at Wikimart and Fast Lane Ventures, and managed product development at 003.ru (part of Media Market Saturn online discounter). Since 2013, the founder and CEO of board game publisher Cosmodrome Games. Currently earning an EMBA from HSE.

On Thursday, May 16 ICEF and LFE held the Research Seminar in Finance.
