May 20 saw ICEF start its Summer School, a short-term programme designed to immerse candidates in our academic environment, line of thought, and milieu. The summer bridge welcomes candidates recommended for admission to ICEF Master’s Programme “Financial Economics” in 2025, as well as undergraduates and holders of bachelor’s degrees who wish to advance their knowledge by pursuing our master’s programme.

In early May, more than thirty students and staff of the HSE University, and among them Rector, competed in the Kazan Marathon. Its participants ran distances from 3 km to marathon and were on cheering points, offering words of encouragement that put a smile even on the faces of the weariest of runners. Among them was Andrey Okhlopkov, an ICEF student who curates the student organization LIFESTART.

On the 12th of April, the Luzhniki Stadium hosted the football tournament held as part of the HSE Dorm Olympics 2024-2025. Competing in it were all faculties of the Higher School of Economics.

For the team of ICEF, who won gold, this has been the seventh win.
