On October 25-26, 2024 ICEF held the Sixth ICEF International Conference on Applied Economics at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. The conference was held in the format of live discussions with the participation of researchers from leading Russian and foreign universities, which contributed to the exchange of ideas and the development of international cooperation.

ICEF’s 2023 graduation ceremony was held in HSE Cultural Centre and celebrated the graduation of the 23rd class of bachelor’s and the 15th class of master’s students. The two classes were awarded their degrees and delivered graduation speeches before an audience of ICEF faculty, HSE leaders, staff, and families.

Of the 18 students who presented their thesis studies, 3 received the maximum score (10) and 7 excellent scores (8 and 9). This year’s class’s theses deal with topics as diverse as cryptocurrency markets, pension schemes, gender impact on financial transactions, and even climate trade and carbon futures pricing.
