Тезисы доклада: The paper studies a optimal Bayesian persuasion policy in environments with heterogeneous audience. We characterize optimal policies and provide conditions on heterogeneity that make full disclosure and no disclosure optimal. We apply our results to study optimal censorhip of media markets by governments, optimal advertising policy by a producer, and optimal ranking policy by a certification agency.
