ICEF Students Joined SberStudent Youth Accelerator
ICEF second-and third-year undergraduates have presented their projects to SberStudent accelerator for undergraduates, postgraduates, and research fellows. SberStudent expert panel has earlier selected seven projects to receive further development during the summer and compete in SberStudent final in September-October 2022.
The undergraduates of ICEF first joined SberStudent – launched with a mission to accelerate students’ project ideas to tech startups – in the academic year 2021-2022. Participating in the event are a total of 17 teams formed by 45 second- and third-year students. Following the preparation stage, which involved online entrepreneurship courses, the teams began working on their tech startup ideas under the guidance of the mentors of Sber and then presented their final versions.
The preparation stage involved setting out of the rationales behind idea novelty and attraction to investors, estimating the potential market volume, conducting the competitor analysis, calculating project’s economic gain using unit economy model, and presenting detailed implementation plans.
The presented projects span topics as diverse as travel apps, school students career guidance platform, table ordering app for restaurants, integrated service operator for dog owners, platform for car service providers, B2B platforms, university access code generation software, and financial statements automation tools for small businesses.
