New ICEF Faculty

ICEF continues to recruit teachers with the internationally recognized qualifications (PhD).

Steven Kivinen and Vitalijs Jascisens will join ICEF, starting September 2018.

Steven Kivinen received his PhD in Economics from Queen's University in 2015 and until 2018 worked as an Instructor at Dalhousie University in Canada. Steven’s research interests span Microeconomic Theory, Social Networks, and Macroeconomics.

Vitalijs Jascisens is expected to obtain his PhD from Toulouse School of Economics in France in 2018. His research interests include Public Economics, Labor Economics, Development Economics, Empirical Industrial Organisation, and Applied Econometrics.
