ICEF Welcomes Its New Students
Starting university is an exhilarating adventure and a step into a new exciting life. Every year ICEF organizes for its new students Freshman Days, where they meet their teachers, tutors and administrative staff to be navigated through the learning process, rules of study, e-resources, and what to pay attention to during their study years.

This year’s Freshman Day was a two-part event. Part one involved welcome speeches by the members of administration – ICEF Director Sergey Yakovlev, ICEF BSc Studies Supervisor Oleg Zamkov, studies office members and course tutors.

Part two was led by the student tutors – the senior students of ICEF selected to be tutors for the newly enrolled cohort – and involved a tour of the campus to give more details about the learning process and the student life, and to help the students to feel more relaxed with one another.
