March 19, 2013 the University of London International Programmes graduation ceremony was held at the prestigious Barbican Centre in London. Traditionally those ICEF graduates who continue education or work in London attend this event to undergo the ceremony of conferring the University of London Bachelor’s degree once again.

The ceremony was divided into two parts: Vice-Chancellor of the University of London professor Adrian Smith presided over a morning ceremony, and Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, who has been the Chancellor of the University of London since 1981, presided over the daily ceremony.

At the ceremony a special mention was made of those graduates who received first-class honours degrees from the University of London and prizes and awards in various fields of knowledge. Among them were the ICEF graduates:

• Biana Giller (First-class honours degree)
• Ilya Korobov (First-class honours degree)
• Mark Ozerov (First-class honours degree)
• Kirill Panarin (First-class honours degree)

• Catherine Chikulaeva (First-class honours degree)
and others.
