About ICEF HSE
ICEF is an autonomous subdivision of the leading Russian university, the National Research University – Higher School of Economics (HSE). ICEF was established in 1997 and developed in academic cooperation with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Currently ICEF has grown into the leading faculty of HSE. In 2024 HSE University is ranked among the top 100 institutions worldwide in Economics & Econometrics, Politics & International Studies, Sociology, History in the QS – World University Rankings by Subject.
About ICEF Summer School:
The ICEF Summer School provides an opportunity to study current issues of the economy and finance with a practical focus, including the specifics of the Russian economy and financial markets as well as international ones.
Content of the program includes:
- Financial markets and institutions
- Actual macroeconomic policy
- Artificial intelligence
- International trade and finance

Global business and management.
Participants will also experience Russian culture through set of special events. The program facilitates valuable networking through company visits and interactions with ICEF alumni and industry leaders.
Program Details:
- An intensive 10-day program: 6 - 16 July 2025
- Language of Instruction: English
- Location: HSE Campus, Pokrovsky Boulevard 11, Moscow, Russia
- Academic Credits: The students can earn up to 2 credits.
- Costs: Programme fees, which include tuition, accommodation, lunches on teaching days, and the cultural programme, are waived for up to 2 students from partner universities.
- Application: partner university nominates students by 20 April, 2025.
