New prospects for ICEF students
Students’ exchange programme between ICEF HSE and Istanbul Bilgi University starts in September 2015. Bilgi is also one of the University of London International Programmes Affiliate Centres and one of the several universities in the world which successfully implement University of London International Programme.
Bilgi University representatives visited ICEF in February 2015. On April 29-30th 2015 ICEF Deputy Director Oleg Zamkov and 
Head of ICEF International Department Anastasia Telitsina visited Bilgi University.
ICEF representatives met with Bilgi University Vice-President Dr. Atilla Eriş, Head of University of London International Programme Dr. Fatma Didin Sonmez, Department of Economics Dean Dr. Ipek Ozkal Sanver and International Center 
Director Mr. Şamil Erdoğan along with University of London International Programme professors and students; visited Bilgi University campus, library and dormitory.
In the first semester of the next academic year several ICEF students will be able to study at Bilgi University and Bilgi University students will spend a term at ICEF. Cooperation between ICEF and Bilgi academics will also be developing.
Istanbul Bilgi University is one of the biggest universities in Turkey. It is ranked among TOP 200 best universities according to Times Higher Education. Bilgi University is a member of European University Association, International Association of Universities, Laureate International Universities association. Subjects are taught in English on all faculties except Faculty of Law and School of Health Sciences.
