ICEF Faculty Present Their Research at International Symposium Celebrating RIEM SWUFE's 20th Anniversary

The symposium was attended by an ICEF delegation. In recent years, cooperation between ICEF HSE and RIEM SWUFE has expanded significantly. In 2024, the two institutions launched a Bachelor's Double Degree Programme, and in January 2025 an agreement was signed establishing a Master's Double Degree Programme. Both programmes are based on the principle of symmetrical mobility, enabling students to complete part of their studies in both Russia and China.

As part of the symposium's academic programme, ICEF early-career faculty members Stanislav Borisov and Yi Shi presented their latest research. Stanislav Borisov delivered a presentation entitled "Using Physics-Informed Neural Networks for Pricing and Risk Management of Financial Derivative Contracts", while Yi Shi presented "On the Nature of Conditional Cooperation." Both speakers also took part in discussions on current issues in economic development.
The participation of ICEF faculty in the symposium represents another important step in strengthening the academic partnership between ICEF HSE and RIEM SWUFE, which encompasses double degree programmes, research collaboration, and the exchange of academic expertise.
ICEF HSE warmly congratulates RIEM SWUFE on its 20th anniversary and wishes its colleagues continued success in their research and educational activities.
