Congratulations to Alexey Boulatov on the promotion to the rank of “ordinarniy” professor!

HSE Academic Council unanimous decided to promote professor Alexey Boulatov (ICEF and FE) to the rank of ordinarniy professor which is a Russian equivalent to tenured professor.

In December 2013 Alexey received the status of full professor, which is the highest faculty rank in international ranking system, and In August 2014 Alexey’s article «The Risk Sharing Implications of Disaster Insurance Funds» was awarded with the Robert C. Witt Award by the American Risk and Insurance Association.

ICEF congratulates Alexey on his great achievements and wishes him every success!
